General manager

Mihai is a history teacher, youth trainer and President of CERTA, specialised in Human Rights Education, democracy and civic participation. He holds a Master’s degree in Law (European institutions and human rights) and has extensive experience in non-formal education and European projects. His work focuses on empowering young people to become active, informed and responsible citizens.

Training Courses Coordinator

Andreea is a teacher and youth trainer within CERTA, specialised in Human Rights Education, with a focus on women’s rights, minority rights and inclusion. She has over 10 years of experience in education and designs non-formal learning activities that support young people in understanding rights, challenging stereotypes and becoming active members of their communities.

European Projects Coordinator

Catalina is a primary school teacher, psychologist and youth trainer within CERTA, specialised in social inclusion and working with vulnerable groups. Her work focuses on communication, personal development and supporting young people in overcoming barriers to participation.

IT & Marketing

Robert is an IT specialist with expertise in programming, networks, cybersecurity and digital systems. Within CERTA, he coordinates the IT and Marketing departments and delivers training courses in IT and robotics for young people.

Partnerships & Media

Maria is an engineer specialised in Electronics and Automation, with a Master’s degree in Engineering. Within CERTA, she coordinates the technical training and partnerships department, as well as the media area. She is involved in developing educational programmes that integrate digital skills, innovation and non-formal learning.
